First of all, Lester is the Founder of the World Watch Institute.  In addition to the Earth Policy Institute. So in addition to Lester was a person named Coco.  Coco is from the United Nations.  For she runs a division directly working on the issue of climate refugees.  Both Lester and Coco are in the movie called Climate Refugees. For this launch was held at the [Sundance Film Festival](https://greenlivingguy.com/2010/02/pictures-from-the-green-lodge-plus-a-lot-to-say-at-sundance-film-festival/). _If An Inconvenient Truth created a cultural shift toward [going green](https://greenlivingguy.com/2025/11/polysorbate-80-in-your-food-the-truth-revealed/). Well then the movie Climate Refugees is a wake up call. One that will help people to understand that extreme climatic shifts.  In addition shifts that will create environmental disasters and wars. These disasters and wars will claim property.  Moreover it will affect potentially billions of people.  Most noteworthy and during the next 50 years._ ![Climate refugees movie poster This is a great video interview with lester r brown lester is the founder of the world watch institute and earth policy institute   in addition to lester was a person named coco   coco was from the united nations division directly working on the issue of climate refugees   both lester and coco were in the movie called climate refugees   for this launch was held at the sundance film festival This video is brought to you in part by a lot to say inc and egg geothermal Hope you enjoy the video   while watching and listening to the video here is a piece of an article i did about the movie climate refugees If an inconvenient truth created a cultural shift toward going green then the movie climate refugees is a wake up call that will help people to understand that extreme climatic shifts will create environmental disasters and wars These disasters and wars will claim property and affect potentially billions of people during the next 50 years Climate refugees movie poster climate refugees movie poster copyright michael nash so what is a climate refugee A climate refugee is anyone that has been physically displaced from his home due to a natural disaster such as a tsunami hurricane tornado cyclone flood or any act of god is considered a climate refugee The film focuses on stories](https:// i0.wp.com/greenlivingguy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/image5.jpg?resize=174%2C262& quality=52&ssl=1 "image - The Green Living Guy") Climate Refugees Movie Poster Climate Refugees Movie Poster Copyright [Michael Nash](https://greenlivingguy.com/2010/05/my-interview-with-michael-nash-director-of-climate-refugees/) So what is a [Climate Refugee](https://greenlivingguy.com/2010/01/my-podcast-interview-with-michael-nash-director-of-climate-refugees-at-the-sundance-film-festival/)? From that point on, it was “game on” for Nash to learn about climate change and its impact._ The resident green guru rubbed shoulders with like minded celebrities.  I mean like [Climate Refugees](https://web.archive.org/web/20190227165232/http://www.climaterefugees.com:80/) Director Michael Nash.  That’s as well as One Tree Hill star Tyler Hilton.  In addition to Tommy Davidson and Rachel Hunter. Because U.S. security and military analysts fear that if Bangladesh sees rising floods.  For then it’ll be more than bad.  For I mean it it could be a significant threat to [global security](http://www.globalissues.org/news/2009/12/17/3963). As [ warming temperatures](https://greenlivingguy.com/2005/06/business-giants-urge-warming-action/) deplete water supplies and alter land use.  For military analysts warn and have been warning.  All that already vulnerable communities could descend into conflicts, And that’s [Asia](https://greenlivingguy.com/2011/12/another-asian-fukushima-imminent/) and [Africa](https://greenlivingguy.com/2011/04/otto-group-and-the-cotton-made-in-africa-initiative-promote-adult-literacy-in-burkina-faso/).
