## Christian Serratos The Twilight Star Goes New PETA Ad

#twilight star Christian Serratos #christianserratos goes new #peta ad for #November#
2012

Christian Marie Serratos shines as Angela Weber in the popular Twilight film series.
A series which includes Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse. These films, based on Stephenie
Meyer’s best-selling Twilight novels, allow her to skillfully bring her character’s
journey to life. That’s amidst a world of supernatural romance. Additionally, Serratos
gains recognition for portraying Suzie [Crabgrass](https://greenlivingguy.com/2021/11/beauty-and-hygiene-eco-friendly-products-that-will-change-your-life/)
in the hit Nickelodeon series Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. Because
this role definitely showcases her versatility as an actress. With a growing portfolio,
[Christian Serratos](https://greenlivingguy.com/2019/01/reclaimed-building-materials-offer-green-style-from-timeless-materials/)
now prepares to appear on an exciting podcast interview with “The Green Living Guy.”
This interview is fun and yes does highlight sustainable living practices and promotes
environmental awareness, reflecting her commitment to crucial social issues, much
like how Christian Serratos herself engages with these topics.

## Calling It Like It Is — New York Style

Now, let’s keep it real for a second. Back in 2010, Christian hit #65 on Maxim’s
Hot 100, and I don’t recall seeing many of her co-stars on that list. So hey, from
my side of the map — New York style — I’m just calling it like it is. You can keep
it cool out there in Cali, but over here, we speak truth, and truthfully, Christian
Serratos is phenomenal.

That got a laugh, but it also broke the ice. Because beyond the fame and the headlines,
Christian has built her career around staying true to herself — and using that spotlight
to push for something bigger.

## Early Stardom Meets Early Activism

Long before many of her peers took a stand, Christian was already speaking up for
animals. She joined PETA’s “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” campaign right after
turning 18 — one of the youngest stars ever to do it, showcasing Christian Serratos
as a dedicated advocate.

I had to ask her about it:

“You just turned 18 when you did that?”

She laughed and said,

“Yeah, it was right after. I’d wanted to do something that mattered — something
that said, ‘I care.’”

And that’s the energy I love to spotlight on The Green Living Guy Show — people
who walk their talk when it comes to living consciously.

Serratos posed for [PETA](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PETA)’s campaign back in
November 2009. She joined a lineup of other celebrities advocating for animal rights
and promoting a vegan lifestyle. The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the
treatment of animals in various industries. It showcased the importance of compassion
and ethical choices in our daily lives. Serratos, known for her passion for animal
welfare, used her platform to inspire her fans and also the wider public. She encouraged
them to consider the impact of their dietary habits. She supported organizations
that work towards protecting animals. Through her participation, she not only highlighted
the cause but also contributed to a broader conversation. This conversation definitely
focuses on sustainable living and environmental responsibility and is the kind of
dialogue Christian Serratos champions in her advocacy.

## PETA AD

Now, back about a week ago, I stumbled upon a hilarious advertisement featuring
Twilight star Christian Serratos launching her NEW [PETA](https://greenlivingguy.com/2020/02/peta-demands-kate-upton-stop-lying/)
ad, which is creating quite a buzz. This ad showcases her passion for animal rights
in a fun and engaging manner, highlighting the importance of treating all creatures
with kindness and respect. It’s not just an ordinary advertisement; it cleverly
combines humor with a powerful message, making it memorable and impactful. Here
it is, exclusive!!

## The Green Living Connection

Celebrities like Christian make it easier to bring sustainability into mainstream
conversations. When someone with her platform says, “I care about animals,” people
listen. That’s what The Green Living Guy is all about — connecting pop culture,
purpose, and planet. Whether it’s cars, homes, fashion, or advocacy, I believe everyone
can play a part. And that’s what makes interviews like this so much fun — it’s not
just about fame; it’s about impact. Christian Serratos exemplifies this connection
beautifully.

## Talk scary hot huh???

Now I certainly like a steak, but this ad makes sense of the pro-life level plus
it adds humanity in a way that truly resonates. It encapsulates not only the deliciousness
of the meal itself but also encourages a deeper conversation about the choices we
make regarding life and ethics. By connecting the joy of enjoying a well-cooked
steak with the importance of recognizing the value of life, the ad effectively evokes
a sense of thoughtfulness. As we savor each bite, we are reminded that every meal
is an opportunity to reflect on our values and make choices that support both our
cravings and our beliefs.

Look factory farms are terrible. Don’t eat caged foods if you can. I’m Kosher but
also the turkey or food we eat is respected before it is prepared. Even when it’s
killed it’s quick to not hurt.

So I will not have beef on Thanksgiving and will make sure the turkey I eat is treated
fairly. Be a little more pro life that way makes sense to me.
