in 2010 to over 11,500 units currently installed in the United States.

stations.

The mobile application MyFord Mobile is available for use.

The trip and charge log in MyFord Mobile has been recently enhanced to offer drivers
insights into their usage of their plug-in hybrid car in terms of both electric 
and hybrid mode. Through utilizing data on electricity consumption, hybrid fuel 
efficiency, and regenerative braking, the application guides drivers to modify their
driving habits for better efficiency.

The MyFord Mobile feature allows owners of plug-in hybrid vehicles to monitor the
battery’s charge level, receive notifications if they forget to plug in the car 
or if charging is interrupted, and utilize value charging for cheaper electricity
rates during non-peak periods. Additionally, drivers can preheat or cool the cabin
while the car is plugged in, reducing strain on the drivetrain for improved efficiency.
