The “Play Your Part” sweepstakes requires all participants to commit to an Energy Action Plan, which details steps Californians pledge to take to better manage energy use in their homes. The sweepstakes begins January 19, 2015 and ends March 31, 2015 at 11:59 P.M. PST.
