Let’s hear it for sustainable Architecture!  So Check out Australia, Dubai, London. In addition, notice the US’ with most sustainable buildings. Finally and all built with the world’s finest energy saving technology. Therefore let’s also focus on sustainable architecture too people!

I also wrote about the greenest building and sustainable architecture in the world. Located consequently in the Netherlands. So holy BREEAM and Cradle to Cradle folks.

Because the best award for Greenest Building is in the Netherlands that went “Cradle To Cradle”.  It’s because the head office of dryer and cooler manufacturer Geelen Counterflow in Haelen. So Sustainable Architecture in the Netherlands most importantly is it. It’s the most sustainable office in the world.

Thereby receiving a 99.94% score in the BREEAM certification system.

I mean back in 2013, I wrote about Sustainable architecture.  Moreover the demand for healthy building materials and interest in Cradle to Cradle Certified products. Because it is growing beyond the scale of individually LEED-certified buildings. I mean into larger developments and communities all for sustainable architecture!

So Jones Lang LaSalle (a global real estate firm with some 1.6 billion square feet of property under its management), Delta Development (owner of Park 20|20, a Cradle to Cradle inspired development in the Netherlands), and Make It Right (a post-Katrina nonprofit launched by McDonough with Brad Pitt to bring safe and healthy Cradle to Cradle-inspired homes to the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans) have all explicitly stated that they prefer Cradle to Cradle Certified products for their buildings.

In conclusion, I wrote also that the need to greener buildings and sustainable architecture is essential in 2008!  That’s because and according to Time magazine’s Bryan Walsh.

Yes in 2008, for the first time, more than half of the people globally, was living in cities. A newspaper in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences studies showed that urban living would continue to increase in the coming decades. Experts have inculcated strong doubts whether or not sustainable cities are still feasible, given these studies. As an increased number of people desire to live in the cities, the world’s population begins to forget the essence of making efforts to maintain an “eco-friendly” environment.

It is encouraged not to lose hope, though. As long as the population will make efforts, sustainable living is possible despite rampant urbanization. It may take a lot of hard work, but this goal is within reach. Among the most popular type of urbanization is a condo lifestyle. One of the major hurdles in condo sustainability is the crisis in developing an energy efficient home design. Dwellers are concerned with the huge usage of electricity and the rising electricity bills, while at the same time, maintaining their desire to live in the comforts of their condo.
