Earlier this year Prince Ea traveled to Wildlife Works’ REDD+ projects in Kenya and the DRC. Moreover and was inspired to produce Dear Future Generations. For well then that went viral and so far garnered more that 97 million views on Facebook.

This video created more awareness about the connection between climate change and the destruction of forests. More than anything else in history for the REDD+ campaign.

UN agrees on rules and financing framework to tackle deforestation

Gerald Prolman, head of the organization told me:

Following this success, I am very pleased announce the launch of Prince Ea’s newest video Man vs Earth. Now of course I didn’t know who Prince Ea was so I too a look. Not bad I say!

Gerald so you know:

When creating Wildlife Works, he looked for an area with a high level of conflict. That’s between communities and wildlife. All to best test his new model. Mike established a Wildlife Works conservation area named Rukinga Sanctuary. That’s located in South East Kenya. Also, a wildlife corridor between Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks. Especially known as the Kasigau Corridor. At the edge of the Rukinga Sanctuary, Mike built an eco-factory to produce sustainable casual apparel. Jobs were created from the conservation efforts and the eco-factory, and soon, the wildlife populations began to increase and flourish.

All in support of the Stand for Trees campaign. It’s a platform that enables people to do something about climate change.

Just like with my forest:

Trees deserve more credit for all the amazing things they do for us. Show your thanks right now. Each Stand For Trees Certificate you purchase supports a specific forest community. All so the trees remain protected and are worth more alive than dead. Read about all of the incredible work happening around the globe and stand up for a forest now.

Please share this video with your friends and ask them to go to Stand for Trees. All to support the Mai Ndombe REDD+ project in the DRC. Moreover and their Kasigau Corridor REDD+ project in Kenya. I mean or any of the other important and wonderful forest conservation projects on the platform.
