Their innovative filtration system isn’t just another drop in the ocean of water purifiers. It’s making waves in the fight against lead contamination. The Lead Menace Lead in drinking water isn’t just a Flint problem. It’s lurking in pipes across America, threatening our health with every sip. But here’s the kicker: most of us don’t even know it’s there. ### ZeroWater’s Secret Weapon Enter ZeroWater’s Stainless Steel Pitcher. This sleek 8-cup marvel isn’t just a pretty face in your kitchen. It’s packing a serious punch against lead and other contaminants. The pitcher’s secret? A five-stage filtration system that’s so effective, it’s earned NSF certification for chromium and lead reduction. That’s right, folks. We’re talking about the only pitcher filter to get this gold star for kicking chromium-3, chromium- 6, and lead to the curb. ### But Wait, There’s More! [ZeroWater](https://greenlivingguy.com/2014/02/lion-ark-a-documentary-on-animal-rights-and-conservation/) isn’t stopping at lead. Their filter is so thorough, it leaves virtually zero dissolved solids in your water. Translation? You’re getting water that’s as pure as it gets. And they’re not just talking the talk. Each pitcher comes with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter. It’s like having a mini lab in your kitchen, showing you exactly when it’s time for a filter change. ## The Green Living Guy’s Take I’ve got to hand it to ZeroWater. They’re not just selling a product; they’re on a mission. Their Filters for Flint program is putting clean water into the hands of those who need it most. It’s a reminder that when we choose our products, we’re not just making a purchase. We’re casting a vote for the kind of world we want to live in. ### The Bottom Line In a world where clean water is becoming a luxury, ZeroWater is democratizing purity. Their NSF-certified filtration system isn’t just removing contaminants; it’s restoring faith in what comes out of our taps.
