All EMA Awards honorees presented with crystal awards.  That’s with Swarovski on a stage built and on the backlot of Warner Bros. Studios. So it seems It adorned a sparkling Swarovski crystal curtain.  Also, with framing a custom-made and Swarovski crystal-embellished podium.
Highlights of the evening:
As well, Host Nicole Richie led the evening preaching about being environmentally conscious. Most funny and did it with some light political banter. “Are we all ready to make America green again? I am calling for a total and complete ban on climate change deniers. Nobody loves the environment more than Richie does. I was one of the first Young Hollywood board members. Before me, no one drove a Prius, no one took their bags to the market. In fact, I’m pretty sure I invented the concept of smoking weed out of a pen. That’s why nobody has a better relationship with the greens than I do.”

Most noteworthy, Shailene Woodley has strongly and publicly opposed the Dakota Access Pipeline. She gave a heartfelt acceptance speech hence that resulted in a standing ovation. “Thousands of people committing to fighting and winning a battle against corporate greed with nothing but love and compassion. Live a more compassionate life because the ripple effect of that is what is going to save our oceans, our planet, and our race.”

As well, Jaden Smith challenged the audience to take action. “It’s time to be proactive, because there is hope. This isn’t the first time in history that humankind has faced grave challenges.  Challenges into the next chapters of responsibility and collaboration,” said Smith as he accepted his award. “This is dedicated to those who are driven, committed, creative and hopeful for a bright and resilient future.”

Most noteworthy, Moby brought the house down.  Cause he gave a surprise live musical performance.  That is accompanying his speech on animal agriculture. “One thing that we collectively as a nation. And a species, we could do to really address environmental concerns is stop supporting animal agriculture. We can address environmental issues just by stop subsidizing animal agriculture.”
