Test Drive Story plus Ludicrous Tesla Model S P90D

It’s been a while since I test Drive the Tesla Motors Electric Car. So test driving the P90D Model S sedan was so exciting.

The last time was in 2014 and it’s only without a single Electric motor, Performance Style, 85 kW battery pack.

Yet as I wrote:
If words could really describe the intensity of the the performance, speed and efficiency of the 2014 Tesla Model S P85 (for performance based 85 kilowatt hours), then they would be listed. Yet this all electric car is beyond words. Of all cars. That’s why the Tesla Model S P85 is not just simplicity, luxury and overall performance

As I wrote back then in 2014, “No questions asked this car performed better than expected. One could think there would be more problems that occurred but no. This car performed. While it is not affordable to the tester one thing is for sure. Tesla Motors will be bringing cars all electric to market for generations to come. Each generation and edition of car will only get better. This is part of the greatness of the electric car, technology and the class of engineering from Tesla Motors.”
This photo was back when I fast charted the car on the Merritt State Parkway in Connecticut. I went to clean up, grab an egg and cheese on a bagel with a coffee, then walked back to the car Here’s the dash.

I just love that it is an electric car with balls that’s sexy as F.

Now fast forward to present day. Same amazing looking Model S but dual motors which I call Quattro (as with an Audi) on Steroids! Folks this is fast! It’s so fast it’s ludicrous and to paraphrase the movie by Mel Brooks called Spaceballs:
The fastest speed imaginable…light speed is too slow! It is extremely dangerous to go to ludicrous speed. It may result in you going to plaid. Also, going from ludicrous speed to a dead stop will result in you being launched across your ship, flying straight into a wall.
Prepare ship…prepare ship…for LUDICROUS SPEED!!!!
Yet the greatest part of it is that a car company made a speed so fast that they Elon Musk knew to make his top speed Ludicrous. Who doesn’t think that’s the S doesn’t even know. They (the haters lol) think they know what they are talking about. No clue. As I told every person before we went ludicrous: you think you’re ready but you’re not ready. Every person admitted to me they couldn’t believe ludicrous speed at all.

Here are some examples of how fast ludicrous speed is.
1. If you’ve been on the newer version of Space Mountain at Disney World you’d understand.
2. Simply the P85 pulled you back. The P90D pulls your face back!
3. Before you even get close to the #3 you’ll hit 60 miles per hour. By 3 and you better be on a road that’s 65 miles per hour.
As Autoweek.com reported:
The quarter-mile time with Ludicrous Speed is now a breezy 10.9 seconds, with the sedan also improving its time to 155 mph by an impressive 20 percent (where permitted).
So if you also look at this car as a super sportscar, you’ll also realize one of the cheapest on the block!
Therefore, as I wrote in 2014:
