For example, some people might be under the impression that natural and organic mean the same thing but they are very different. Natural food may look like the healthy option but it actually has no official guidelines. In a perfect world, a natural product should not contain artificial ingredients or preservatives but there is no FDA guarantee. It is organic products you should aim to buy as they must contain 95% organically produced ingredients.

Other times you may be faced with a situation where you’re forced to pay for healthy products when they’re not actually healthy.
