They announced completion of new roof top solar installations at three malls. They are Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, Jersey Shore, Premium Outlets and Jackson Premium Outlets. In addition, Safari Energy LLC won the job. They are a New York-based commercial and industrial solar energy partner. As a result, they installed more than 50,000 sq. feet of solar panels. All across these three properties.

The solar installations have a combined capacity of 605.6 kilowatts (kW). Also, it will produce over 725,000 kilowatt-hours of energy annually to the three centers. That is equal to the electricity needed to power more than 90 homes per year. As well as offsetting more than 530 tons of CO2 equivalent annually.
