**5. What does your diet consist of? **

Green tea lemonade and beans (daily). I also eat Kosher (grass-fed) meats. However
not a lot now.  That’s because I’m transitioning to vegan. I also eat tuna fish,

weekly. For snacks, I eat almonds and pistachios. Also, I do hard-core circuit training,
usually twice a week, and cardio.

**6. How are you green at home? **

Very. I work live from home. I also use [green LED and energy](https://greenlivingguy.com/2024/08/green-energy-huawei-powering-saudi-arabias-red-sea-project/)
everything. In addition, we have [Tesla solar panels](https://greenlivingguy.com/2020/02/tesla-not-only-an-ev-manufacturer-a-full-scale-clean-energy-innovator/)
and two Powerwalls. So I use [renewable](https://greenlivingguy.com/2014/07/renewable-energy-investment-a-guide-to-sustainable-investing/)
energy and also save more for later. We now consume so much less energy than we
use to.

**7. What car do you drive? How efficient is it? **

I [drive the Lexus](https://greenlivingguy.com/2025/10/lexus-rx-500h-direct-drive-2026-test-drive-results/)

Most definetly.

**8. Besides deforestation, what is another big environmental problem? **

Energy [efficiency](https://greenlivingguy.com/2019/12/how-low-can-you-go-tips-on-lowering-your-homes-carbon-footprint/).
I don’t believe [Americans](https://greenlivingguy.com/2023/08/improving-energy-efficiency-and-safety-in-manufactured-homes-a-comprehensive-guide/)
as a whole or the world as a whole are energy [efficient](https://greenlivingguy.com/2015/04/on-the-road-to-bipartisan-energy-efficiency-legislation/).
What are some things that can be done to help? We need to educate the public regularly.
I mean daily, if not [weekly](https://greenlivingguy.com/2019/10/growth-of-the-green-movement/).
Especially about the things people want to hear. Not politically slanted. Finally,
just facts.

#### Conclusion

If you’re thinking about getting a new [house](https://greenlivingguy.com/2021/06/9-things-to-look-out-for-when-inspecting-the-house/)
or apartment, you have a lot of choices. Maybe it’s the house you always dreamed
of.  Maybe you’re also just sick of your apartment.  I mean or maybe you need a
place to live while you’re looking to buy. You can choose from all kinds of different
home designs and features.  However, the one thing you can’t choose is whether you
want to keep your [home energy efficient](https://greenlivingguy.com/2011/05/whitefence-empowers-consumers-for-green-energy-choices/)
or not. So if you go with a more energy hungry design, oh no.  Because you’ll definitely
pay for it in the long run.

When you make the decision to get a more [energy efficient home](https://greenlivingguy.com/2025/10/home-energy-costs-reduce-them-with-renovations/),
you’ll make a huge difference for the environment and your wallet. And even if you
don’t want to make any changes at home, you can still help the [environment by adopting more sustainable](https://greenlivingguy.com/2022/05/see-green-business-eco-minded-entrepreneurs/)
building practices in your workplace.
