Range Test

I was also really impressed with its performance. Around town, I was able to easily get 300 miles on a single charge. On the highway, even in cold weather, So I drove to pick up my son from Albany. About I was still able to get 230 miles of range. The Ford F-150 Lightning handled well. It had plenty of power for my needs. Overall, I was impressed with the F150 Lightning. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Especially those in the market for an electric pickup truck.

One of the things that really stood out to me about the Ford F-150 Lightning was how smooth and quiet it was. I mean to drive it was a breeze. The electric powertrain eliminated any engine noise. Thereby making for a very peaceful driving experience. The ride was also very smooth and comfortable. That’s definitely thanks to the well-tuned suspension.

Torque

I also appreciated the lightning’s instant torque. One which made acceleration feel effortless. On a truck, I mean that’s crazy. Whether I was merging onto the highway or passing other vehicles. So the Ford F-150 Lightning had no trouble getting up to speed. I mean don’t forget the NYS thruway is 65 miles per hour. That’s 72 at a minimum.

In terms of charging, the F-150 Lightning was very convenient to use. I was able to easily locate and access charging stations on my route. Also and the truck’s range indicator helped me plan out my charging stops.

Overall, my test drive of the F-150 Lightning was a great experience. The truck exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, range, and charging convenience. I would definitely consider purchasing an electric vehicle after my test drive of the F150 Lightning.
