Designing everything from driverless Uber-like systems to folding cars Scientist Kent Larson. In addition, Kent Larson is a world leader in the field of mechatronics. Kent Larson is also the fusion of computers, engineering, and robotics. All to get more living out of less space.

His mission? To create technology so appealing, that it entices people to live more sustainable lifestyles.

Larson and his team have designed “City Home,” a transformable apartment home that uses “architectural robotics” to make a small space function as a much larger home.

“I think the challenge is really public acceptance and education.  People don’t like change.”
