The PB&J Campaign Celebrates Earth Day (April 22nd) and the Positive Environmental Impact of a PB&J.
Have greener sex this Earth Day and up to $10K will go to Carbonfund.org to celebrate. It's pretty easy: follow We Vibe on Twitter @ms_wevibe and for each new follower, they'll donate $5, up to $10K total to Carbonfund.org. Also check out five tips on how to be eco-sexier and have 'greener sex' below.
Details: Standard Innovation Corporation, the company behind the We-Vibe – the fastest-selling sexual health product of its type in history, announced a charitable campaign to combat global warming this Earth Day, April 22, 2011.
The company will donate $5 to Carbonfund.org for every new person who follows @Ms_WeVibe on Twitter or likes the We-Vibe Facebook page between now and April 22 to report that eco-friendly sex is important to them. “It's our way of offsetting the carbon generated from all that extra heavy breathing – and then some,” jokes Danny Osadca, We-Vibe company CEO. “We have always been a carbon-neutral provider of body-safe and eco-friendly products and this is an extra tip of our hat to Mother Nature.”
“Ecommando” is an action packed Web series that follows Ex-Navy Seal and environmentally clueless Leon Green (Jason Nash, star of Atom.com’s “The Shaman” and “Jason Nash Is Married”). Leon is quite possibly the least qualified person on the planet to Save Mother Earth, but he is forced to take a job protecting the environment after his girlfriend drives off in his home. Armed with his perma-stoned car, Bro (voiced by David Cross, “Arrested Development”), the duo becomes “the newest environmental disaster.”
Can Leon get over his tough guy attitude long enough to take on the bad guys and save the day?

One of the aims is to enable consumers to support firms that strive to protect the environment.
The program was announced at a news conference at Ciudad restaurant. Green Seal, Inc., the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, Green Globe and dineLA, a part of LA INC, The Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau will join the LACCD in its work on this effort.
Joe Veilleux doesn’t view himself as an environmentalist, but he understands how his actions might paint him with that brush.
“I’m not an environmentalist,” said Veilleux, general manager of the U.S. operations of natural health ingredient manufacturer Euromed. “I’m a pragmatist. There’s a difference. A lot of environmentalists have characterized their cause as one that pits them directly against corporate America. I’m part of corporate America, but I also recognize the debt I owe to the environment and want to do my fair share to protect it. In the long run, it’s just good for business and there are plenty of examples throughout history of how our environment is one of our most valuable natural resources.”
Veilleux’s company is partner with the Everglades Foundation in a campaign dubbed Glade-iator (www.glade-iator.org), which is a model of the public-private partnership Veilleux believes is good for business.
