Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Green: Luxury Meets Sustainability

The Lincoln MKZ Hybrid electric vehicle is now a winner of Global Green USA’s award for design innovation. Talk about a green living award just waiting to happen; right??
Global Green USA honored the newest Lincoln at its 11th Annual Sustainable Design Awards in New York. Kelly Rutherford, an actress best known for her role in the popular TV series “Gossip Girl,” presented the honor to Sue Cischke, Ford Motor Company’s group vice president for Sustainability, Environment and Safety Engineering. Many other celebrities were there like Adrian Grenier seen below.

Sometimes we find it easier to complain about things than to be thankful. We easily forget that many people do not enjoy some of the luxuries that we take for granted. For instance, when we look around our home there are many services in operation that we just expect to be a part of everyday normal life. Some of these services are not available in the same measure in other places. In some cases, some of the most basic of home services are not available at all.
