However, as my friend Ileana Garcia Jacolow put it best, I cannot believe I just watched WHS’s very own Seth Leitman getting waxed by the Real Housewives Of New York star Cindy Barshop on Regis & Kelly on live national television. It was kind of mesmerizing. It was very inspired.
Yes, we met while getting waxed Cindy Barshop from Completely Bare andThe Real Housewives of New York.
There are reasons why besides the fact that I absolutely love my wife and would do this in a heartbeat. Look, yeah I wanted to show my chops on national television. However, now they understand I am the Green Living Guy. To me that’s an honor and a privilege. Thank you! Yup, they added me to their peeps they follow on Twitter and the lovely Cindy Barshop of the Real Housewives of New York (who waxed me with two other amazing professionals) now follow me too!
I am honored to be part of this list. To be the Green Living Guy for everyone has been a mission of mine and this experience truly has helped me to help myself but not being such a hairy Austin Powers type!

Vote on Lighting Efficiency Always a Win for Consumers, Economy, Environment

After the House rejected a misguided attempt to repeal lighting efficiency standards, NRDC Legislative Affairs Director Scott Slesinger made the following statement:
“This vote is a victory for consumers, businesses, the environment and our health. It’s also an encouraging sign that the House is able to differentiate between facts and the misinformation that was spread widely and irresponsibly on this issue.
“We hope the House will continue to stay the course and side with the public, not with right-wing ideologues, as it votes later this week on other measures that will harm our health and environment – including a bill that will gut the Clean Water Act (H.R. 2018), and appropriations measures that will drastically roll back environmental protections.”
