Thank you Ford Motor Company! GM VP of Global R & D Alan Taub, Florida Governor Rick Scott and the U.S. DOT Research and Innovative Technology Acting Administrator Greg Winfree, kicked off the opening ceremony. Patrick McGowan, Chairman of the 18th World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems emphasized the need for intelligent transportation.  It is key to keep this economy moving.
