Upgrade options include detached 2 and 3-car garages, as well as a convenient carriage unit garage featuring 799 square feet of living space. Homes begin at $89,000 for a 1,232-square-foot model plus lot preparation costs.
Green Building Practices
By applying RSI Development’s unique construction process, The New House maintains its commitment to green building practices with resource-conserving strategies, including the elimination of waste and reduction of jobsite noise pollution. Unlike a traditional homebuilder, all major components, including The New House’s wall panels, floor systems and roof trusses, are built in RSI’s state-of-the-art factory. Only the exact amount of required materials are then shipped to the jobsite yielding virtually zero construction waste and little noise pollution for the neighborhood (e.g., no saws are used on the construction site). All homes exceed Title 24 energy guidelines and incorporate many features that drive down monthly energy bills.
