Now I’m certainly not one of the folk that woke up at 5:00 am to watch the Royal wedding. Sorry. No thanks. My wife woke up early to enjoy the festivities.
Yet, my heart-felt warmed to hear that Prince Harry leased a £350,000 converted Jaguar to all Electric. Guess someone royal be looking at my book idea of Build Your Own Electric Vehicle!! Dope!
As Town and Country reported:
The silver blue Jaguar E-Type was first manufactured in 1968, but last year Jaguar Land Rover revealed it had electrified the vehicle to create what it called the Jaguar Electric E-Type Concept Zero, a zero-emissions version of what Enzo Ferrari once dubbed “the most beautiful car in the world.”
Now I’m gonna get the Prince and Duchess a signed copy of the book. It’s appropriate now. Don’t you think?! Let me know. Comment!!
Here’s the tweet from Kensington Palace:
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex depart Windsor Castle for a reception hosted by The Prince of Wales at Frogmore House, in a silver blue Jaguar Electric E-Type Concept Zero. This vehicle was originally manufactured in 1968, and has since been converted to electric power #RoyalWedding
The two left Windsor Castle in the light blue stunner as they headed to their reception at Frogmore House, a 17th-century venue in the grounds of Windsor Castle on Saturday evening.
Well over a billion people all over the world tuned in to watch the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle this morning, but now that it’s all said and done, it’s time to direct our attention to the car that the newly crowned Duke and Duchess of Sussex drove to their reception. The Jaguar electric E-Type Zero first debuted in September of 2017, but it’s getting a whole heck of a lot more press today than it did then. Welcome to the Royal Family, Jag.
