New York, NY (April 12, 2019)—In partnership with Save the Elephants, Instagram famed brand, Ivory Ella has created a limited edition t-shirt to honor the life of Cleopatra, an elephant who passed suddenly Wednesdayafternoon at the age of 54. As a resident of the Buffalo Springs National Reserve located in Northern Kenya, Cleopatra was matriarch of the ‘Royals’ family of elephants and leaves behind a family of seven including her nine-month old calf and sister, Anastasia.
“Cleopatra inspired us to see the world up close, with compassion, empathy, and strength. She made all of us feel a little bit more connected to this planet and will continue to serve as a reminder that as inhabitants of this Earth, we are all in this together,” Says Ivory Ella Designer Lauren Hoover after having met Cleopatra in her natural habitat
The t-shirt will be available for purchase on ivoryella.com starting today, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Save The Elephants for the first seven days.
Save the Elephants has posted the story on their Instagram, which can be viewed HERE
