The Focus Electric. IT’S A real car and been available since 2017.
When I wrote Build Your Own Electric Vehicle I thought it was always best to keep it simple. Some people thought it had some plasticity strengthening tools (as referenced in Mother News Network).
However, it does only have a top speed of 84 mph (136 kph) if you are going any faster, please let the police deal with you!!
It’s A FORD FOCUS just electric. That is what is going to make people love electric cars. I talked about that recently in a BBC story about electric cars. Once you build things people like, they’ll buy them; clear and simple.
Much of Focus Electric’s steering, handling and braking feel is shared with the agile, sporty, fuel-powered Focus models upon which it’s based, making Focus Electric a dynamic driver’s car.

Plug and play
The car includes a standard 120 outlet cord which will take from about 6 pm – 7 am since it’s lithium ion. Also you can buy an electric car charging station for your house which is really simple. Stay tuned for future announcements.
It will likely recharge the car’s advanced, Ford-engineered lithium-ion battery pack at home on a daily basis, using the recommended 240-volt wall-mounted charge station that will be sold separately or the 120-volt convenience cord that comes with the vehicle.
